The debate over the Rajasthan Royals (RR) captaincy following the trade of Sanju Samson has taken a new turn, with former India head coach Anil Kumble endorsing young wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv Jurel as the ideal candidate. While Ravindra Jadeja and Riyan Parag have been widely considered the frontrunners, Kumble suggested that Jurel possesses the personality required to replicate the leadership style and connection that Samson brought to the franchise.
