Bharucha drew a direct parallel between the 17-year-old and cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar, emphasizing that Suryavanshi is operating at a level far beyond his peers.

Suryavanshi, who became the youngest player ever in the IPL after signing a contract with the Royals, made headlines earlier this year by smashing the fastest century by an Indian in IPL history (35 balls).
