Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya is making excellent progress in his recovery from a quadriceps injury sustained during the Asia Cup. The star all-rounder is currently undergoing a four-week rehabilitation program at the BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru.
Crucially, reports confirm that Pandya will not require surgery for the injury, which is a major positive for both the national team and the Mumbai Indians franchise. He is expected to regain complete match fitness in time for India's upcoming white-ball series against South Africa, scheduled to begin in late November 2025. Pandya's timely return will be vital as he prepares to lead the Mumbai Indians in the next IPL season.
